Grateful thanks for all the private donations sent to Barbara and those put on the Just Giving page supporting three charities close to the families hearts, to ward 20 at the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Marie Curie service, Locala District Nurses for all the loving care given to David, Jo the Celebrant for her sensitive portrayal of David's life and to colleagues at Mackness Funeral Service for the personal service they offered the family.
